Ordering

It is recommended to register before buying in our online store, but it is also possible to buy without prior registration.

The registration process is very simple, if you decide to be a registered user of our site. To start the registration process, you need to click on the field `Apply`, which is at the top of the page, next to the field` Favorite products` and `Basket`. A new page will open with two options, `Existing User` and` New User`, where if you are a new user you have to fill in the form, or if you are already a registered user, just log in with your username and password.

To register, you need to click on the field `New user` and fill in a form with your personal data, which is also filled in only once, and every next time you log in to the site, your account will already be existing, and you will only need to enter your username and password.

Product selection

On the home page there are several mechanisms through which you are provided with a simpler and better shopping experience. By clicking on the `Products` option, which is at the top of our page, next to the` Home` option, you get content from all the glasses that are currently available for sale. To make your search more accurate, by clicking on the `Sort` option, you have the opportunity to sort all the products to your liking. Additionally, on the left side of the page, there is a filter, through which you can sort products by manufacturer, price or sale of products. Furthermore, on the front page there is an option to search by brands, with a menu that offers all the brands that are currently offered in our points of sale. The third mechanism is the offer of selected glasses, which are on promotion / discount, and are in the menu `Products of promotion`, and the last way to buy is by looking at the latest products that you can find in the menu marked with` Recommended products`. Once you select a product that interests you, clicking on the image opens a new window that contains detailed product information. On the right side of the image, you have options to put the product in the `Basket` ​​or` Favorites` section.

Cart Contents

The cart contains all the products that you have added and are interested in buying. Here you can increase or decrease the amount of products you want to buy, and you can easily delete products that you are no longer interested in buying.

Order and pay for basket products


Once you have selected the product you want to buy, by clicking on the `Pay` option, a new page opens where you have the option to login, register or purchase the product without first registering. To buy a product without prior registration, you only need to enter your personal data and the address to which you want the product to be delivered. Furthermore, you choose the method of payment, you can pay at the door, as soon as the product is delivered to you. Immediately after the order, your funds are reserved to confirm the availability of the product. Once the availability of the product is confirmed, you will receive a message that the product is available.

Delivery

The delivery of our products is done by the courier service . The courier will deliver your product to the specified address in the period from 08-20 hours every working day and on Saturday from 08-16 hours. Delivery is free for all products ordered from our site.
